Michael Kors, Sloane Street

Commissioned by: Michael Kors
Guildprime were chosen to strip out and make structural alterations to the Michael Kors store in Sloane Street to allow for new services and a new staircase to be installed.

The project involved work of the following:
Structural openings.
Installation of a new staircase.
Mirror polishes stainless steel fixtures and store front.
Marble floors.
Upholstered walls and panels.
Integrated air-conditioning.
Fibrous ceilings, polished plaster and AV systems.

Challenges
lt was paramount to the new concept design that all services and grilles were incorporated within the fixtures. Therefore, our in-house draughtsmen and setter-outs had to coordinate effectively with the M & E engineers, store designers, architects and our workshop to produce a detailed set of working drawings. It is also worth mentioning the client expected Guildprime to deliver this fully completed fit out in the space of an eight weeks.

Outcome
Guildprime worked around the clock to meet the clients expectations, and as a result, succeeded in delivering high quality results and services.

See below for pictures of the project.
