Harry's of London, Burlington Arcade

Guildprime were chosen to complete the fit out for this luxury footwear brand in the middle of Burlington Arcade. It is always interesting fitting out these relatively small boutiques with their unusual shapes, however due to previously fitting out this shop 26 years ago, we were not required to survey the site as we still possessed the drawings from the original fit out we delivered.

The project involved work of the following:
Joinery, metalwork and specialist finishes manufactured in house by Guildprime.
Manufacturing and installation of wall panels.
Sand and reseal existing floor finish.
Decoration and painting.
Installation of client issue lighting and a new distribution board.
Mechanical works.

Challenges
Working in one of the most delightful arcades in London always provides certain challenges along the way. Burlington Arcade was undergoing a major refurbishment at the time of our fit out for Harry's, therefore careful planning and communication with the Landlord was essential.

Outcome
This remarkable end result exemplifies the power of a good and precise design. As a result, Guildprime were able to transform this small confined space into a beautiful fitted out shop.
