A Guildprime Contracts Manager is assigned to every project at its outset. They develop, control and implement the programme from inception to completion. Working closely with architects, property owners and other construction professionals they are responsible for the smooth running of the programme on a daily basis. Together with the accumulated wealth of an experienced and talented support department we have successfully delivered programmes for Retail, Commercial and Residential clients.

Your Contracts Manager will:

  • Meet with you to discuss your exact requirements, budgets and timelines
  • Prepare a programme of work that meets your requirements
  • Ensure that goods and materials are delivered on time and to the required specification
  • Monitor and review a programme’s progress and budgets
  • Keep you informed at all times
