CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT

At the outset of every project, a dedicated Guildprime Contracts Manager is assigned to help develop, control and implement the programme from inception to completion. Working closely with architects, property owners and other construction professionals, the Contracts Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the programme on a day-to-day operational basis, always with the ongoing support of an experienced and talented background team.

Your Contracts Manager will:

  • • Meet with you to discuss your exact requirements, budgets and timelines
  • • Prepare a programme of works that meets your needs
  • • Ensure that goods and materials are delivered on time and to your required specification
  • • Continually monitor and review a programme’s progress and budgets
  • • Keep you informed at all times

International Programmes

Guildprime’s Contracts Managers have the experience and knowledge to ensure that programmes outside of the UK are managed just as effectively as they are at home. Our local knowledge, contacts, experience of customs, culture and legal requirements will ensure that projects run smoothly and stay on schedule.
