Private Office, Mayfair

Guidprime were commissioned to fit out three luxury, private offices in Mayfair.

This project involved work of the following:
Complete strip out.
New structural openings.
Installation of air conditioning.
Manufacture of bespoke joinery, with exotic veneers finished with a burnished high gloss.
New wood floors and doors with a door entry system.
New high spec AV system for telephone conferencing.
Installation of cashmere fabric onto the walls.
Auxiliary offices were fitted out to the same exacting standards.

Challenges
With the work taking place in an old building, when completing the strip out, creating new structural openings and installing a new air conditioning system, we had to be extra cautious to ensure the original plaster cornice and features were left undisturbed. Additionally, due to the work being carried out during normal office working hours, when transporting materials and waste to and from the second floor via the main staircase, Guildprime worked extremely hard to prevent disturbing the occupied offices in adjacent to the site.

Outcomes
Despite the various challenges faced during this project, Guildprime delivered three luxury offices, fulfilling the client's expectations with regards to budget, time-frame and quality standards.
