Leconfield House and Gym, Mayfair

Guildprime were awarded this luxurious, high end project as a result of their similar luxury fit out works carried out for the same client in previous years. The pallet of materials used included book match marble, polished plaster, fibrous ceiling, handmade silk fabrics, hand stitched leathers, book matched veneers and engraved glass all beautifully combined to achieve an outstanding finish.

This project involved work of the following:
Mechanical and electrical works.
Install partitions.
Tile walls.
Install roof light and ceilings.
Flooring.
Install steam room.
Decorations.

Challenges
Whilst carrying out this fit out project, the building was occupied by very prestigious clients. Therefore, we had to ensure noise, waste, and mess was kept to a minimum.

Outcome
Ultimate success of the project was undoubtedly down to the coordination and communication between all parties, an obsession with attention to detail and Guildprime’s years of experience working in occupied spaces.
